Shipping policy

RETAIL ORDERS:
1. All ready-to-ship (RTS) retail orders will be processed and shipped out no later than 3-7 business days after receiving payment. Tique La Belle/TLB does not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Please note that once the carrier has possession of your package, Tique La Belle/TLB is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, packages lost in transit, unclaimed/refused packages, or deliveries due to incorrectly supplied addresses.

3. Tracking information will be provided once the carrier has possession of your package.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
1. Custom order processing time is usually 7-14 days but may vary depending on the item(s) being created and the quantity requested. A completion date will be discussed prior to the customer submitting the purchase order agreement form for the custom item(s).

2. All custom orders will require the customer to sign a purchase order agreement outlining the specific details of the project. Once the agreement is signed, payment for the custom item will be required immediately.

3. Once the custom order is completed, the item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping times vary but generally arrive in 3-7 business days (within the U.S.) after being processed. Tique La Belle/TLB does not provide international shipping at this time.
